Returns and Exchanges Policy


We are happy to exchange your goods if you change your mind, aren't happy with the product or simply want something else. The item should be in new, original condition and with original tags attached. The items must be accompanied by the receipt of purchase. Exchanges can be done in-store at your store of choice, or posted in to our returns department. 


We are also happy to accept returns for a refund if your goods are unused with original tags still attached, with the one exception of consumables such as gels and energy bars. We accept returns within 30 days from date of receipt. The items must be accompanied by the receipt of purchase. 

Refunds will be processed through the original method of payment. This can take up to 5 business days to process.

In the event of a faulty product caused by manufacturing fault, we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement*. The faulty goods should be returned either to the original store of purchase, or our Returns Department, where it will be assessed through a warranty claim. Please contact us by email at if you are having trouble with a faulty or damaged product to get the best advice on how to proceed.



Any item purchased during a multi-buy promotional offer (e.g. "Buy two, get 50% off"), may be returned for an exchange or refund. To retain the multi-purchase discount, you may exchange for another product eligible for the discount or another product of similar or equal value to the promotional price.


Products from a multi-purchase promotional offer are individually eligible to exchange for any item that is of equal or similar value to the promotional price. Where the promotion is percentage-based (e.g. "Buy two, get 50% off", then the discount will be recalculated upon return and a charge or refund issued accordingly when exchanging for a product of higher or lesser value respectively. 


Products from a multi-purchase promotional offer may be returned for a refund, but returning one item voids the multi-buy discount on the second item. A refund will be processed for the returned item calculated by the order total, less the non-promotional price of the product being kept.
